Since then, Din\u00e1mica del H\u00e1bitat has developed residential complexes featuring amenities for family coexistence and recreation. The company has a significant presence in the Baj\u00edo region of the Mexican Republic, established as a housing development group in the states of San Luis Potos\u00ed, Quer\u00e9taro, Guanajuato, and Michoac\u00e1n, not only as a construction company but as a business group specialized in all aspects of the housing industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" id=\"descripcion-del-proyecto\"><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-2, #25ff00);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Project Description<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company Din\u00e1mica del H\u00e1bitat gave me the opportunity to carry out the complete renovation project of its corporate website, aimed at making improvements and resolving issues the website presented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"pagina-web-antes\"><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-2, #25ff00);\" class=\"stk-highlight\">Website \u2013 Before:<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The website presented the following problems:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The website's structure was incorrect because the HTML was not semantic.<\/li><li>It was built with a very old version of Dreamweaver.<\/li><li>It was not 100% responsive with all mobile devices.<\/li><li>It had many outdated JavaScript libraries (jQuery, jQuery UI Slider, among others).<\/li><li>It was built using PHP files with spaghetti code.<\/li><li>It did not use AJAX to reload sections of the website.<\/li><li>It did not have a blog or any way to publish articles.<\/li><li>It lacked SEO (Search Engine Optimization) on all its pages.<\/li><li>It did not have Open Graph tags to display content when shared.<\/li><li>Contact emails were not reaching the configured email address.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery aligncenter is-style-columns\"><div class=\"tiled-gallery__gallery\"><div class=\"stk-highlight\">Website \u2013 After:<\/span><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before showing you the result of the website renovation, the following points were taken into account to be fulfilled:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>That it maintain the page structure (Home, Developments, About, Contact).<\/li><li>Use the company's colors.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To carry out the renovation project, the following tools were used as a foundation:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WordPress<\/a><ul><li>I used <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WordPress<\/a> so that the people managing the site could easily manage the blogs and web content, in addition to <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WordPress<\/a> having Custom Post Types, which, together with its template system and Elementor, allowed me to generate pages by simply filling in some custom fields from the WordPress administration interface.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Elementor<\/a><ul><li>Why did I use a visual builder such as <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Elementor<\/a> instead of creating a Theme from scratch? The answer is very simple: it was due to the time available to complete the project, and also because <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Elementor<\/a> It has excellent integration with Advanced Custom Fields, which allowed me to meet delivery times and project requirements.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.advancedcustomfields.com\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.advancedcustomfields.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Advanced Custom Fields<\/a><ul><li>I used Advanced Custom Fields, as mentioned above, to add fields such as page color, background images, texts, among others, so that administrators could generate subdivision pages without needing to program them.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project was also carried out with some other plugins such as Yoast SEO for SEO and Open Graph matters, in addition to using WPForms as the form plugin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the project, the problems were resolved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The semantic structure was resolved by using the appropriate tags with Elementor.<\/li><li>The website was updated using a visual builder and more up-to-date libraries.<\/li><li>PHP files with spaghetti code were eliminated by using WordPress's template system.<\/li><li>The site loads faster.<\/li><li>A manageable Blog was added without requiring technical knowledge.<\/li><li>Basic SEO was applied to the page using Yoast SEO, and Open Graph tags were added.<\/li><li>Email delivery was resolved by configuring an SMTP server for emails via PHP.<\/li><li>Tracking tags for Google Analytics and Facebook were added.<\/li><li>Forms were subsequently added for registering leads arriving at the page using HubSpot.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But let's set aside the improvements and I'll leave you with some screenshots of the completed project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-tiled-gallery aligncenter
